What We Believe is Most Important to Our Success
We have found that the most important factor for excellence in a janitorial service is supervision. The second most important factor is communication with the customer.
1. You should not have to supervise the janitors; we will supervise.
2. You will need to communicate your needs and your desires for a cleaning service.
This in particular may seem ridiculous… “Why we just want it cleaned,” you might say. You cannot imagine from our perspective in the business what a difference in personalities will do for each business’s desired cleaning. Some customers contract for a rigorous and meticulous cleaning while others contract for a much more moderate and reduced service. It is very important for you the customer to know exactly what your janitorial company is contracting to do for you. It is also as important for us the contractor to know exactly the customers needs.
In a perfect world every employee of ours would perfectly understand every instruction immediately; each janitor would know exactly how to respond to every situation automatically, and we would automatically know how to serve you. All of this we wish would happen with the greatest of ease.
In our world relationships are complex every person is so individual that our company’s relationship to each customer is like any relationship in life, it is complex.
We have developed a simple but comprehensive plan to address the complexities; it is our supervision program, which we’ve developed to meet the specific needs of each customer. These detailed systems along with constant, efficient; communication with our customers, is the only way we can serve you, as our customer.
